Allow custom icons to be used & from ico, dll, exe

Allow custom icons to be used for notes, folders and tree menus. In addition to supporting the .ico format, it would be great for the program to be able to pull icons from the shell, in .dll and .exe files (allowing us to use a program's icon for a folder icon, for example).
